1. Call the meeting to order - 12:05

3. Discuss leadership positions for next year - Keidrick Roy (absent), working in the Ft. Bliss office, was considered for the coordinator position for summer 2004, and Andre Brantley, working in the WBAMC office, as coordinator-in-training.

 

4. Set up dates for Summer 2004 volunteer orientations - April 17, May 15, and a date in June.  However, the conference room will not be available in June so an alternative date or alternative room must be established for a third orientation.

 

5. "Advertising" - Getting flyers out to schools about volunteering and orientation dates.  Flyers will be available in February to be passed out and will contain dates, information, and contact numbers.

 

6. Food Handlers Class - Make the class available for all the volunteers and shortened for convenience.  Alex Herrera is in charge of getting classes together.
